Q: Will you require payment for parts?
A: Payment for all parts ordered by Brisbane Professional Appliance Repairs is required in full before the parts are to be ordered.
Q: Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?
A: Yes, a call out fee will be payable, cancellations must be made 2 hours before allocated time slot.
Q: Is my fee payable on the day ?
A: Yes it is, all of our technicians carry mobile EFTPOS facilities we also accept cash and all major credit cards.
Q: How long will my part take to arrive?
A: As we use a 3rd party supplier, once orders are placed and processed through the parts suppliers we are advised delivery is estimated between 5 and 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Q: Do you warranty your repairs?
A: Parts come with a manufactures warranty, all labour carried out by a Brisbane Professional Appliance Repairs technician has a 3 month warranty pertaining repair.
Q: Will you carry my part in stock?
A: Although our vans are stocked with the most common parts unfortunately we are unable to stock our vans with every part for every machine we will however endeavour to have your part ordered and fitted within a minimal time frame.
