Our call-out rate starts at $165, which includes up to 15 minutes of labour — enough for our technician to diagnose your appliance and complete many common repairs on the spot. Our vans are stocked with the most frequently needed parts, so we can often fix your appliance in a single visit.
If additional time or parts are needed, labour is charged at $33 per 15 minutes. You will always be advised of the likely cost before work proceeds — no surprises.
If you have more than one appliance needing attention, additional appliances on the same visit are charged at just $33, making it cost-effective to get everything sorted at once.
