What it costs

• Call-out: $165, including up to 15 minutes of labour on the day
• Labour and every extra appliance: $33 per 15 minutes (or part thereof)
• Payment is due on the day the technician attends
• No second call-out fee if we need to return with a part — you’re only charged the one call-out
